A Big Thank You to Our #HRAmbition Summit Community! 🙌 We're thrilled to share that our first #HRAmbition Summit was a resounding success! None of it would have been possible without the incredible support of our speakers and attendees 🔥 We're deeply grateful to everyone who joined us in exploring the theme of "Building Person-Centric, High-Performing Organisations using Data-Driven Talent Management Approaches". Your active participation and insightful discussions transformed the event into a vibrant hub of knowledge and inspiration. A special shoutout to our keynote speakers, Maeve McCleane, CPO of Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland, and Phil Codd, MD of Expleo, for sharing their remarkable experiences in leveraging people analytics to drive business success. Their stories serve as a testament to the transformative power of putting people first. Our panel discussions were equally enlightening! 🌟 On our first panel, we heard from Nikki Mullin (Group People Director, Primeline Group), David O'Reilly (VP of Sales EMEA, G-P/Globalization Partners), Siobhan O'Shea CDir (Director of Scaled Business EMEA/ APAC, Indeed) and Brian Pennie, PhD (Founder & CEO, Change is Possible). They highlighted how building great people connections can lead to successful attraction and retention strategies from onsite to remote teams. On our second panel, we heard from Lorraine Rossiter (Group HR Manager, Grassland Agro), Jenny Kinmonth (Director of Operations, Johnson Hana), Mickaella Glynn (Chief People Officer, CWSI), Emma Burke (Global HR Director, Expleo) and Elysia Hegarty (Associate Director, Future of Work Institute Cpl). They covered the unique (and many!) reasons for implementing a data-driven HR approach; from building a business case to implementing and evaluating new people initiatives. We're also immensely grateful to Dogpatch Labs for their invaluable support in helping organise and execute our first event. Here are some of our own key takeaways from the summit: 💡 People are the cornerstone of business success. 💡 Employee sentiment is gaining prominence at the highest levels of leadership. 💡 The motivations for adopting data-driven HR vary, but the common goal is to enhance the employee experience.
