The survey has asked 12,000 employees from 16 countries in six continents for their views on business ethics in their workplace. Covering speaking up, retaliation, pressure to compromise ethical values - the results are sure to make interesting debate. #ethics #culture

🆕 In the 2024 Attitudes of the British public to business ethics survey, four of the top five business ethics issues of concern for the British public remain the same as in 2023. The top three issues, corporate tax avoidance, bribery and corruption and executive pay, continue to relate to financial issues - reflecting the sustained cost of living crisis and its impact on the British public. Employees being able to speak out about company wrongdoing has entered the top five for the first time. Ian Peters MBE, IBE Director, comments: “High profile sexual harassment and whistleblowing cases in the last year might have increased the public’s understanding of the importance of a healthy Speak Up culture.
