Fantastic news #fornature yesterday, as European Union environmental ministers have approved the #NatureRestorationLaw!   The pioneering law will set legally binding targets to restore 20% of the EU’s degraded land and sea ecosystems by 2030 and all ecosystems by 2050. This milestone underscores a fundamental shift towards prioritising nature conservation and restoration.   Aldo Beolchini, Managing Partner and CIO, NextEnergy Group commented: "Nature is too often viewed as a resource to exploit rather than an asset to protect and enhance. Congratulations to Terraphase Engineering on becoming #GreenCertified! Terraphase is an environmental consulting company that emphasizes the importance of green solutions. Their own sustainable choices include monitoring their actions as a company–such as taking their carbon emissions very seriously. Terraphase monitors the carbon footprint they create through travel and also purchase carbon credits to offset what they produce. They actively try to incorporate energy, waste, and air emission reduction into project planning and outcomes for themselves and their clients. Terraphase has also implemented a conservative purchasing policy that accounts for the utilization of resources, environmental impacts, and safety of workers and community.
