🤞 A new starting point: we closed a 1.7 million euro investment round 🤞 Great news, yes, and that's why we want to share it with those who have been following us for a long time and tell it to those who don't know us yet. An important result: it is just the first step in view of our present and future. What does this mean concretely? Trust, received from those who believed in the Joinrs project. Growth, with the strengthening of the internationalization process, new offices in Italy and abroad, and an increase in investments. Dreaming: because it may be true that "dreaming doesn't cost anything," but if we want to continue doing it with our eyes wide open, we cannot fail to have vision, method and rationality. Switching gears to a new adventure! As I step into a fresh chapter, wrapping up the milestones we've achieved together at 3x Education. It has been a true pleasure to build and develop programs, implementing innovations into the learning experience such as the Metaverse as a learning space, NFT-gated access, NFT as proof of learning, and gamification. The greatest joy is working with bright talents worldwide, building a robust community of innovation ambassadors across three distinct study tracks: Investment Analyst, Startup Founder, and Angel Investor. Post thoughts after the summer course at IdeaSquare - the innovation space at CERN. - Thinking outside the box is hard! It might be difficult to resist the pull toward incremental decision-making. Creative thinking and solutions require training and you are not going to get that without the proper arena - notes taken when searching for the right employer. - Confidence & humility To enter a project where the task is to be solved in a cross-skilled environment and at the same time designed not to have a clear cut answer, requires to listen openly and trust yourself and others. Don't be afraid to speak your mind and don't be afraid of the feedback, stay humble and absorb everything as an experience to gain from. It was such an confidence boost to experience how this working environment could function, and that it is possible to apply it for further use. -People are just people Power distance is something we all experience, I assume, throughout the day, week or month. But let us be reminded that while this can have it's beneficial role in authoritarian/organizational hierarchy, it must not stifle our own potential or belief in ourselves. We are all creatures that want the same thing. Again, speak your mind and listen, equally open. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the successful completion of our Demand IT Skills Training. This journey has been nothing short of transformative, and I couldn't be more thankful for the incredible support we received along the way.
