Our very first Virtual Interview Day was a complete success! On January 23-24, we conducted virtual interviews with prospective candidates from across Canada and the US. We were proud to facilitate connections with students aspiring to join our network with one of our amazing member practices upon graduation. This initiative stands testament to our unwavering commitment to our members, alleviating the intricacies of recruitment and creating connections with the next generation of optometrists. We extend our gratitude to all participants, underscoring the collaborative spirit that defines our network. 🌟

I help busy residents and fellows get clarity in their first contracts affordably, so they can have peace of mind during the transition into independent practice
I love being on call! Said no doctor ever. hahaha If you are a fresh doctor out of residency, watch out. Your contract is likely to state that you will be assigned call as per the employer's discretion. Make sure to discuss call during your interviews, as call schedules can vary greatly among practices and specialties. It's important to clarify in the contract that call will be assigned on an equal basis with other physician employees and on a mutually agreed rotation. And... that's it! If you learned something: 1. Follow me to learn more tomorrow 2. Share this with your friends 3. Get a deep dive in 'The Real Contract' Course
