It is definitely important that we are efficient with spending. There are a lot of programs where a lot of money is input and service life of the craft is not worth the spending. The challenge here is that all vehicle systems cost a lot but the technology and operational needs evolve as quickly as a ship can be built. This creates a push for faster, cheaper, ship building methods with designs that are flexible and able fulfill many operational needs.

DDI (Diverging Diamond Interchange) is a type of highway interchange designed to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion. The design improves and allows for more efficient traffic signal operation. I admit, the first time I drove on a DDI it was weird. If businesses are going to fall apart due to losing street parking spots, were maybe one or two patrons might have been parking in, those businesses have bigger issues than bike lanes or street parking.
