Vacant position as Information & Communication Technology Business & Functional Analyst. Qualifications: - S1 graduate majoring in information technology, computer science, or related fields. Experience - Experience in writing formal documents on ICT topics for an organization. - Experience in software development and business process analysis. - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Core Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving focus - Ability to facilitate discussion between departments. - Ability to map and connect information flow across the whole organization. - Ability to make user stories. - Excellent communication skills, especially relaying and translating technical information. Technical Competencies Mandatory: - Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC). - Understanding of business process modeling and documentation. - Knowledge of at least one database programming language (e.g., SQL). - Understand Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). - Understand Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). -  Familiar with Project Charter. -  Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. -  Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. -  Knowledge of API integration and software testing methodologies. -  Experienced using collaborative tools other than e-mail and WhatsApp (preferably Microsoft Teams, Jira, or monday.com). - Understand the basics of cybersecurity. - Proficient in English.   It would be a great advantage: - Have some knowledge about ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics). - Understand the ICT Service Management Framework. - Understand modern ICT SDLC such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiar with ICT governance in a corporate environment. - Have some knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
