Upcoming Thursday, Teja Donepudi from TU Delft | Mechanical Engineering will present the results of the H2Flex project (funded by Topsector Energie, TKI nieuw gas) at ASME International Gas Turbine Institute Turbo Expo 2024. Here different methods for simulation of the mixing process of air and hydrogen in the Destinus OP16 DLE combustor will be discussed. Mixing is crucial for flashback prevention and low NOx, this study enables us to push the limits further.
