What would you say if I asked you "What's the difference between your strategy and that of your competitors?" Usually when I ask this question, the answer goes no further than tactical details. Few strategies are strategically differentiated, which means they compete head on. Head on competition usually fails, especially if you're the smaller competitor. If you would like to give your boss a better answer to this question, listen to this podcast. And, if you repost this post with a commendation, I'll send you the published article on which it is based https://lnkd.in/evJ5Ycn5

https://lnkd.in/eqDNA7Mx Here's a funny thing. Call an initiative a "transformation" and it's very likely to under deliver. Adopt a more incremental, evolutionary approach and it's more likely to succeed. Even though it's just as ambitious and just as fast. Sounds counter-intuitive doesn't it? But there are good reasons for this and you can apply these lessons in your company. I've written about them in my PME column. If you would like the PDF, get in touch. And if you prefer your knowledge through your ears rather than through your eyes, here's the link to my podcast. (but there's a video, too!) Oh, and please share with anyone you know who trying to transform anything!

Accomplished business leader, NED board member, and strategic consultant who builds strong relationships and leverages commercial acumen and hands-on practicality to drive business growth and transformation
This podcast will resonate with you if your company is using digital endpoints in your clinical study. Are you sure that the systems being used are validated for your specific protocol?
I'm proud to bring the biotech viewpoint and experiences to an important industry initiative led by The Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) on "Building the Business Case for Digital Endpoints". Earlier this week, I joined the Seuss+ Cut The Chat Podcast Series in an episode titled "Transforming Clinical Trials: How Digital Endpoints Are Leading the Way" to raise why digital endpoints should be a critical consideration for clinical trials. I also share some of the challenges biotechs face and, together with the project lead, Victoria Bangieva, PhD, how this project is intending to improve the adoption of digital endpoints by creating a framework so that the value they bring can be realised. I found it important for me to take part in this project because often the voice of biotechs are not factored in to these impactful industry initiatives due to lack of resource to take an active role but solutions have to work for everyone, patients and sites included. I am honoured to have the opportunity to elevate the work of the project with the fabulous Podcast host, Sabine Hutchison. Thank you for your thought provoking questions, I can't wait for the Podcast to come out! -> Link to the Podcast page available in the comments section, watch this space! #ClinicalTrials #DigitalHealth #Podcast #Innovation #DiMe #cutthechat #lifesciencepodcast
