What would you say if I asked you "What's the difference between your strategy and that of your competitors?" Usually when I ask this question, the answer goes no further than tactical details. Few strategies are strategically differentiated, which means they compete head on. Head on competition usually fails, especially if you're the smaller competitor. Adopt a more incremental, evolutionary approach and it's more likely to succeed. Even though it's just as ambitious and just as fast. Sounds counter-intuitive doesn't it?
