In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of finely chopped jalapenos, 1 cup of water, 3/4 cup of cider vinegar, 3/4 cup of lemon juice, and 1-13/4 oz powdered pectin. Bring this mix to a gentle boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2️⃣ Next, add 4 cups of sugar to the pot, stirring until fully dissolved.
