With over nine inspections annually, both within Glencore and externally, our XPS Industry Relevant Solutions has deep expertise and experience in shutdown planning, engineering scoping, on-site repair design, and remaining life assessments enabling the team to identify and solve complex issues before they escalate. Recently, our team pinpointed a critical gas heat exchanger problem during a shutdown inspection, enabling emergency repairs to prevent the release of emissions and avoid a costly unplanned plant shutdown. This proactive approach not only preserves the environment, but also ensures uninterrupted operations, showcasing the team’s expertise in equipment integrity and process troubleshooting.
