Fascinating and scary in equal measures. Key takeaway: be prepared and test your response plans regularly.

Many thanks to XPS and fellow speakers for an enjoyable and informative session. Some very useful insights on what happens during an incident and what to do. But as highlighted in the session, a lot of important work needs to be done before an incident strikes such as having an incident response plan in the first place and testing it. Testing not only helps trustees rehearse a response but also very often throws up ideas on how improve ways to mitigate impacts arising from an incident.
