So much happens in the recruiting backend that we as applicants never see. Which drives the point I am getting to that sometimes that rejection email or no feedback doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you or your application. It’s easy to personalise an impersonal experience simply because we weren’t privy to what happens on a client and agency level behind the scenes and policies and factors that drive the decision making and communication. #recruiting #hiring #careers #jobs
