Like when you go with bulky, conventional hiring tools, you do not realize why you lost your best interest candidate, and that’s not because of your team all the time. It may be because of the tool, the process which causes confusion. Have you ever felt that, “Hey, last week only I emailed the candidate, but I’m unable to find it in the system?” And the cascade of clicks starts just to find that missing email. The confusion, the cost, and the money are inversely proportional to the product you choose. So much happens in the recruiting backend that we as applicants never see. Which drives the point I am getting to that sometimes that rejection email or no feedback doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you or your application. It’s easy to personalise an impersonal experience simply because we weren’t privy to what happens on a client and agency level behind the scenes and policies and factors that drive the decision making and communication. #recruiting #hiring #careers #jobs

Spoiler alert: hiring isn't getting any easier! 📊 Which skill set is currently the hardest to recruit for? Tech & IT / Engineering – 38% Sales & Marketing – 23% Healthcare & Medical – 31% Manufacturing & Construction – 8% Tech & IT / Engineering taking the crown at 38%? Shocking! (Not really.) 👨💻👩💻 So, why is it so hard to find these mythical creatures? Tech & IT / Engineering: Apparently, finding a unicorn is easier than a full-stack developer who can also moonlight as a cybersecurity guru.
