Today, on Human Resources Professional Day, I’m reflecting on my incredible journey of over a decade in HR—a journey that has been defined by growth, learning, and, most importantly, connection. 💼 Being in HR is all about people. It’s about creating environments where talent thrives and voices are heard. It’s also about building relationships that make an impact. Just last week, I had the privilege of reconnecting with my amazing HR colleagues at our quarterly Headquarters meeting. These moments are always special because, even though we work closely year-round, nothing compares to seeing each other face-to-face, sharing experiences, and supporting each other in person. While not all of us were there, I felt the presence of our entire team and appreciate each one of them for the role they play in shaping our work. Through this role, I’ve come to realize that HR is more than a department—it’s the heart of the organization. We don’t just navigate policies or solve problems; we build confidence, trust, and a sense of belonging that empowers everyone we touch. 💡 To all my fellow HR professionals—thank you for the passion, dedication, and empathy you bring every day.
