As a teen, I was overwhelmed by life, stressed out, and struggling with both physical and mental health issues because of it. Stress was taking a toll on my quality of life, my relationships, my energy levels, and my overall happiness and well-being. I felt like I was constantly in a battle with my own mind and body. I felt depressed and angry. But today, I am a completely transformed person. I've learned how to eliminate and, more importantly, prevent stress from controlling my life. Transforming Through Change: Embracing Health, Routine, and Spiritual Growth Healthy living is essential for a purposeful life. In this era, health is deteriorating daily because our daily routines are very demanding. We struggle to set consistent sleep schedules, often staying up late at night. When we do not follow a healthy routine, we become sick. Our habits define our real life. When we do not follow a healthy lifestyle, we pay the cost with diseases, weakened relationships, and negatively affected careers. "I pay these three costs: my health is affected as I am now diabetic, my relationships are weakened, and my career is also at risk." "I often repeated my daily unplanned routine with nothing special happening. Then one day, I got married, and my problems began increasing day by day. There was a time when my married life almost ended, but suddenly, my life changed dramatically—I became a mother to a daughter. My stress persisted, and I often found myself praying late. This depressed me greatly. One thing always forced me to seek happiness amidst all this. Now, my daughter is nearly five years old, and my health, career, and relationships remain in the same condition. Then one day, I asked ChatGPT how I could change my morning routine, and he provided me with some plans." First, set your routine and strictly follow it. Remember, you are only changing yourself. You are the coach of your life and the driver of your life train, so follow your schedule strictly. Write down your to-do list every night. According to research, writing down your plans increases your chances of success by one hundred percent. Always plan in written form. If you follow this routine for 21 consecutive days, you will move ahead, because habit formation theory states that it takes 21 days of continuous effort to form a new habit. "The turning point in my life, which has given me great strength, is prayer and remembrance of Allah. Now, I realize that following a schedule has improved my daily life—I perform my prayers on time. However, my journey is ongoing." "I understand that in life, change only happens when you change yourself." 2024 has been a year focused on my health and spiritual life. After so many years as a type A entrepreneur and always on to the next thing, life had a way of showing me I needed to slow down and focus on key areas I’ve neglected. Making more money or having more things was a trap I was caught in. Losing 70 lbs began with a question from my accountability partner, who I was doing a weekly sound bath and mediation with, and they asked me about self-love and self-care. I said of course I love myself. 😊 But what I was calling self-love and self-care was really self-indulgence and filling a void whether it was Netflex, over eating or drinking or just mindlessly scrolling on social. When I went on my new spiritual and health journey I had to first create space to do nothing for periods of time throughout the day. No work. No self-indulgence or mindless activities. Not even working out. Just do nothing to see what would come up. I knew in business I was disciplined so for my health it was NOT just a matter of focus, discipline and Just Do It. There was a place deeper I needed to go. And I needed to create the space to discover it. As I created space slowly I started to have a desire to do positive actions. One morning it would be, you know I should start lifting weights again? A few days later you know let me start riding my bike. Let me add breathwork to my sound bath/chakra meditations. Start tapping. Get a 1-1 yoga instructor. Use my infrared sauna. Start doing cold plunges. Start playing tennis again. Learn pickleball. Intermittent fast. Do a one day water fast. Do a 3 day water fast. The changes were gradual. But I fell in love with each one of them. I’ve also learned to be more present. It’s not what’s next. It’s what’s now. An accountability partner has been huge. Someone that I trust and has had the right message for me with care and love and also knew when to call me out. They have been one of the biggest catalyst in both my spiritual and health changes and I am forever grateful for their presence in my life! I’m not done. In many ways I feel I’ve just started. With gratitude and love! 🙏🤍

Since they aren’t doing any work, all they can do is worry about the future. If you believe in yourself, then there is no need to worry. When you don’t believe in yourself, the worry starts to appear. All types of negative thoughts start to enter your mind. You start worrying about things with a very low chance of happening. Worrying can only be destroyed by one thing, and that is through action. That’s the only way I know to make your worries go away. I have no other knowledge. Let’s say you’re worried about your health, and then the only thing you can do is to start taking care of your health. There is nothing else you can do. Thinking about your health all day will not make you healthier; it might do the opposite. Worrying is natural. We all worry about jobs, business, health, money, family, etc. You must classify your worries into two parts: 1. The things that you can control, and you can do something about it. 2. The things you can’t control, and you can’t do anything about them. Worrying about the first part is okay. You have to worry about your health so that you can take some action and improve it. This is what I call good worrying. It helps you do things that can make your life better. Worrying about the second part is stupid. Why worry about something you can’t control? Let’s say tomorrow, an asteroid is coming to Earth and going to kill all of us. What’s the worry? You can’t do anything. Worrying about things you can’t control is going to rob your happiness. Make a new rule to never worry about anything that you can’t control, and if you can control it, then act immediately and do something about it. In both cases, there should be no worry.

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗲 𝟭𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼. I celebrate my transformation and fulfillment, as shown on the right side. 🎉 On the left, this was a version of me in my previous jobs. Just 16 months ago, I was drained, exhausted, tired, and burnt out. I was confused and didn't know why. I resisted entering that toxic work environment; it was making me sick. My Soul was screaming at me in different ways that I didn't belong there. It started affecting not only my mental health but also my physical health, as I began experiencing unexplained skin issues 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡! I experienced unexplained bloating, digestion issues, and extreme weight gain. I suddenly developed food intolerances to almost all kinds of foods. It was a sign: "Arnela, you are not where you belong! 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡❗" ❌❌❌ I couldn't wait for my contract to finish so I could escape that toxic environment, so misaligned with my Soul. 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗯. No amount of money is worth it❗ It took me a lot of time to fill the emptiness. Simultaneously, I took on another project, helping my friend's company in my free time for free, hoping it would help me express myself and do more of what I love. ❌But no❗❌ The situation worsened, so I had to quit that. ☑️I needed to protect my health. ☑️I needed ME time and to reconnect with myself. ☑️I needed to take care of myself first, to heal myself and my Soul. ☑️I needed to reconnect with my Soul. I started searching deeply for my life purpose. It was that last job that finally made me realize that I couldn't continue like this anymore.🚨 I couldn't live like that for the rest of my life. 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦. It is easy to be jealous and envious of happy people when you too can have that same joy and happiness by understanding how to relate with life. Majority of today’s unhappiness, hopelessness, tensions and anxieties are derive from people’s information diet (Interactions, news and other information consumption activities). People also busy and concern themselves with the things they are not even meant to give passing attention. Why won’t they be unhappy? Why won’t they be miserable? Why won’t they be envious and jealous of those who are happy, joyful and hopeful. If you cut down on all unhealthy information consumption today, your outlook to life will improve significantly.
