When worry has moved to the level of anxiety, then the worry persisted and you’ve likely done little to address your situation. Struggling with anxiety means you’ve got to change course and do something drastically different or seek real help to provide a different lens. Worry should only be temporary and force you to contemplate the what-if scenarios appropriately and then make an informed choice. Knowing the difference is very important and can be one of the keys to being effective and successful.
