This time 🇦🇹🏔️// Another intensive week packed with customer appointments lies behind. This week, I traveled through wonderful Austria with Walid Dost, then picked up Felix Lebeau for the last two meetings at the airport in Vienna, coming from customer visits in Italy. Covered approximately 2000km. Received important and forward-looking input for future developments. Discussed challenges and trends in the application area of DC fast-charging and MCS. In addition, there were several customer meetings about upcoming requirements for precise current and high-voltage measurement as well as functional safety: ❓Which additional features could be added? ❓What’s really crucial and what’s nice to have? ❓When does our customer need it? At the end, developing products is not for self-purpose, it has to fulfill certain expectations (function, price, quality, timing). Competition rises. Customer voice is very valuable - it’s now on us to be creative and deliver innovative solutions. Thanks for the great hospitality and the good exchange; but also for objective criticism. Again, I learned a lot.
