These offerings may not operate within your industry but fulfill similar customer needs or provide alternative solutions. For example, Slack vs. Salesforce Chatter. While Slack is widely recognized as a communication and collaboration tool, Salesforce Chatter offers similar functionalities within the context of Salesforce's broader suite of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
