After passing probation: • OPD 2024 (Group Insurance: 2,000 THB/Time <Employee> and 1,000 THB/Time <Spouse & Children>) • IPD 2024 (Group Insurance: R&B = 6,000 THB/Day, Hospital Service = 100,000 THB/Time <Employee, Spouse & Children>) • Dental 2024 (Group Insurance: 5,000 THB/Year <Employee>) • Life Insurance (Group Insurance: 160,000 THB <Employee> and 60,000 THB <Spouse & Children>) • Provident Fund (Employer contributes 2%-5%, Employee can select 3%-15%.) • Annual Leave = 10 days/year (Will increase 1 day every year until 5 years). The maximum entitlement can be 15 days/year (Depending on service year). Annual Leave can be carried forward to next year (included with the entitlement of the current year) NOT over 22 days. And the carried forward Annual Leave will be valid until the end of the current year only. Excessive Annual Leave over 22 days can be encashment. For the first year of work, the annual leave is 6 days/year (Prorated basis). • Business Leave = 7 days (Refer to the conditions in the Working Rules). • Language Study (Japanese & English) = 50% support to the course after getting the certificate (Maximum not over 3,000 THB/Course for Japanese and 4,500 THB/Course for English). The total maximum shall not exceed 7,000 THB/Year. • Birthday Leave = 1 day/year (Eligible for leave in your birthday month)

IT Optimiser recently made a survey on the age distribution of Danish speaking SAP consultants, published by Computerworld Danmark. We currently experience a candidate driven SAP-market where supply and demand often do not meet. In addition, we expect to see a significant amount of the current SAP expertise going into retirement over the next 10 years. Not necessarily an issue, but to top things up, we experience a trend where the entry of new SAP talent is significantly lower than the exit of old talent. There is not one stand alone solution to this problem, but a few suggestions from @IT Optimiser are highlighted in the article e.g. branding of SAP to the younger generation & more graduate programs run by clients.
