So, when they heard about Y Mind through another community organization, they filled out the form on the website and were soon contacted by the Y Mind team. Y Mind is a free, seven-week mental wellness program that offers support for those who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or stress. Every so often we are fortunate to share the stories of our extraordinary clients who have moved through our support services. Peter's story highlights the compounded impact the pandemic had on neurodivergent people and their mental wellbeing. Peter's hoarding behaviours and other coping mechanisms worsened during the last few years, making it difficult for him to maintain a stable and secure tenancy.
