We’re immensely proud of our dedicated ESL students and their dedicated tutors. As we approach the end of the semester and begin another, we’re excited to welcome 12 new tutors and look forward to working with 30 students this summer. 😎 Our adult learners are committed to improving their communication skills to secure jobs, integrate seamlessly into the community, and pursue higher education. These courses are more than just language lessons—they are pathways to new opportunities and brighter futures. Adult students in our class come from various levels of mastery literacy, from beginners to advanced, from pre-literate to higher-level graduate degrees.  ESL and language competency is crucial for refugee women in the US as it enables them to navigate daily life, access essential services, and integrate into their communities. Language skills open doors to employment opportunities and educational resources, fostering independence. Moreover, proficiency in English enhances their ability to advocate for themselves and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and self-sufficiency. Join us in making a difference.
