Today is World Mental Health Day and the focus is on Workplace Wellbeing so here are some top tips to improve your resilience and wellbeing in your every day: 1. Micro-moments - e.g. Mindful Breathing: Take a few minutes at the start or end of your day to practice deep, mindful breathing. This can help you centre yourself and reduce stress. Check out Karen Janes's offer for mindfulness in the workplace. 2. Stretching: Incorporate a short stretching routine when you wake up or during breaks at work. Mindful Mornings: Turn your morning routine into a self-care ritual.
