We asked the physicians how long they feel is adequate for a recruiter to wait before reaching out. The answers were as follows: 🔸Within a week (the sooner the better!) 🔸Within 24-48 hours 🔸1-2 weeks 🔸No longer than a month Overall, the general consensus was that the sooner you reach out, the better - physicians prefer that you reach out within a week, at most. How long after you've viewed a candidate's application do you reach out?
