Let’s be real—countdown timers usually feel like digital snake oil. How My SaaS Client Bagged $300,000 From A Near-Dead Email List Last Black Friday... Too many freebies were overshadowing the main product 3. The list was conditioned to expect discounts and free bonuses 4. They were tired of seeing the exact same offer every month - offer fatigue is real Plan of Action: Step 1: Figure out how the list behaves (I was new and didn't know what was going on so it made sense... go figure!). So run a survey (not your usual kind tho...) Step 2: Get some information from the list and go through it manually (more on that later) Step 3: Restructure the offer. All those FrEE bonuses and discounts need to go Step 4: Sell before your competitors (it's BFCM and everyone wants to get that money. We wanted it before our competitors. So we ran a "test promo."
