As Thanksgiving approaches, I'm dishing out heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare talent acquisition community. In healthcare recruitment, we're not just filling vacancies; we're crafting a menu of talent where each individual adds authentic flavor. It's like cooking a meal where every dish complements the whole. And where DE&I isn't just the cranberry sauce – it's the whole feast, enriching our approach to holistic and empathetic patient care. What's my secret ingredient? Consciously active collaboration between talent acquisition and healthcare providers. When TA and the provider teams "get" each other and demonstrate we have each other's back, that's when you're cooking with gas. And don't forget a sprinkle of data and analytics to taste.
