“I can’t break into tech, NOBODY is hiring🙅🏻♀️😢” Nobody is hiring people that blindly apply, they’re hiring ✨NETWORKERS✨ There’s many ways to network, but here’s my secret sauce 🤫 Go to the LinkedIn search bar, type in “SDR hiring,” “hiring an AE,” etc. filter the posts to the last 24 hours (do this every day) You’ll find many companies hire from their network instead of paying LinkedIn thousands to post their job. In my experience the jobs posted this way pay more, have less competition, and shorter interview processes. ✅ Start by connecting with the poster, then the other employees at the company, find contact info and start your outreach, etc. Do this, and find yourself getting companies into bidding wars 😳

We’re hiring. I'm looking for someone whose sole purpose is to help the people who contact me to find their next job move. We get an overwhelming amount of inbound so I would like to appoint someone dedicated to front-end matching. Yes, it will involve making approaches to employers and we do charge for the introduction so it isn’t free. This is a sales role and not recruiting as such. There is no sourcing. I don’t care what medium this is in - phone, email, LinkedIn messaging - whatever works for the person. The person must have done this before and have experience of working in recruitment. Some call it speccing candidates, others MPC marketing. From our side: - Fully remote, I don’t care where you are based - You can work whenever you want to - No meetings - Async communication - Training provided and support is provided 24/7 - No strict KPIs but we’ll jointly monitor activity as there is no point being busy fools and this needs to work for the person and us - Hourly rate plus commission per outcome - flexible on the weighting to either - Start with a small amount of hours per week and work up based on success - Review it all after 3 months From the person: - Recruitment experience - loves and excels at this part of the process - Ability to quickly assimilate diverse markets to make matches - Understanding of UK working cultures - You have your own computer to use, everything we do is cloud-based - Highly competent communicator - written or verbal or both We have an industry-leading dataset, marketing assets, and network to leverage. Feels like it could be a good gig for someone trustworthy and capable.
