🔍 As we close August, take a moment to reflect: What is one challenge I overcame this month, and what did it teach me? How did I support others in my community, and how did it impact me? It has been a whirlwind of challenges, achievements, and learning moments. Whether you’ve faced obstacles, celebrated wins, or simply kept going on the tough days, know that every step is a valuable part of your journey. Sometimes, it’s the small, uncelebrated victories that shape us the most. Personally, I’ve learned to listen to my body when it needs rest and to return to a time when I made every day—or at least every few days—special by enjoying the little details and activities here and there. Working all year long toward goals is amazing, but dismissing the need to rest and not prioritizing other aspects of life can kill the spirit. Let’s remember to cherish those small moments that bring joy and keep us grounded. As we enter September, let’s carry forward the lessons learned, the resilience built, and the hope that keeps us striving for better. An unusual post from me! 19th June 2024, today, I mark complete 9 years of my experience & what a ride it’s been! "A Giant Swing" highs, lows, and everything in between! Here are my 9 golden nuggets that I cherish: 1) 3 different roles & 3 different organizations, each teaching me something new. Connecting the dots between these roles made learning a thrilling puzzle. 🌊 2) Took fairly decent breaks after each job to reflect and rejuvenate, each giving me fresh life perspectives. 🧳💉 3) While others complain about managers, I've had stellar ones: I can't skip mentioning them: Bharat Srivastav Sohni A. Aditi Vali Rajdip Banerjee Vikas Agarwal They’ve been my rock! 🪨 4) I learned trusting people more over time. 🫂 5) From fearing clients to befriending them—what a game-changer! Thanks to those who believed in me, equally! 👯♂️👯♂️ 6) One job even led me to my partner—talk about perks! 😉 7) My family’s faith in me grew (i believe 😁), seeing my professional growth spill into personal life. 8) Despite my best efforts, personal and professional lives did overlap—but hey, that’s life. ♾️ 9) I've stopped making bucket lists; there’s too much to learn, achieve and experience.
