2 Corinthians 10:5 says this: "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God. And we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." We experience doubt and competing voices in our careers, relationships, experiences, and even in our most beloved hobbies. However, we must remember that God has equipped us with everything we need to fight the battles in our minds. We don’t have to rely on our own strength—His power, through prayer and His Word, is enough to demolish any argument or lie that tries to stand against the truth.

As we head into Family Reunion, we are praying this over our staff, spouses, community, and all serving us through this event. Lord, We come before You with grateful hearts as we gather for Family Reunion. Thank You for the gift of community and for all You’re doing at YouVersion and in our Life.Church family. We ask for Your presence to fill each moment. Unite us by Your love, guide us by Your Spirit, and prepare our hearts to follow Your call. We lift up our leaders, teams, and everyone attending—whether in person or online. Fill us with wisdom, peace, and creativity. May this time deepen our faith, strengthen our relationships, and renew our passion to reach others for You. Empower and encourage us to bring our best as we serve You. The countdown to Family Reunion 2024 is on! At YouVersion, we’re more than just a Team—we’re part of the larger Life.Church family, and we’re excited to celebrate what God is doing here. Like any great family, we come together each year to reflect on God’s work, plan our future together, and have a lot of fun!
