URJA Town hall - 2023-24. One of the high points for me is celebrating the Annual Town-hall program with Team members. It gives me a lot of contentment to be able to bring everyone to this platform and make everyone feel part of something bigger than their defined job roles. The main motto of such program is to connect us all to a larger purpose i.e., being the best in what we do, adding value to our customers and above all, instilling a sense of pride within the team members. My belief in Team-work is stronger than ever. If harnessed well, we can keep increasing the scale of impact we bring to the society. In this age of volatility and technological advancement, strong values, culture, ethics are more important than ever. We need to trust each other more, prioritize values over short tem goals. It will not only create a better long-term future but also will be more fulfilling for oneself. Look forward to another exciting year ahead filled with challenges and overcoming them.
Dear All, We are thrilled to announce that our 2023-24 Townhall Program was an incredible success! It's been a year filled with dedication, hard work, and remarkable achievements, and our annual town hall served as a celebration of all that we've accomplished together. From recognizing outstanding performance to engaging in enriching R&R activities, our town hall was a testament to the strength and unity of our team. It was truly inspiring to see everyone come together to celebrate each other's accomplishments and milestones. As we reflect on the past year and look ahead to the future, let's continue to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence in everything we do. Together, there's no limit to what we can achieve! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of our Townhall Program. Your dedication and commitment are what make Urja Facility truly exceptional. At Anusham, we celebrate results, not just hours! We believe impactful work matters more than the clock. A team member who crushes high-priority tasks in 20 hours gets recognized more than someone putting in long hours with little impact. We don’t believe in “Long Working = Good Working” ❌ We've seen entry-level superstars become managers in just two years. When we see talent, we promote quickly to keep them valued, motivated, and well-compensated. This approach also helps retain top talent. We don't micromanage. Instead, we trust and expect our team to solve problems and find creative solutions. We provide support and allow room for safe failures, so our team builds confidence to tackle even tougher challenges. #LifeAtAnusham #WorkCulture #GrowTogether

🏆 Celebrating the Dayton Best Places to Work Awards! On September 12, Level MB joined the Dayton Business Journal as they held an awards program honoring the top 37 companies in the region who have made workplace culture, recruitment and employee retention key pillars to their success. Our team enjoys our yearly company trip (Tennessee in October), annual family events (coming for you soon, Young's Dairy), many company paid benefits, annual gym membership reimbursement, and more! The DBJ sent out a survey to our team to see what they had to say. See a few comments below! "I have never worked in a place with a culture as healthy and uplifting as here. Everyone from our President to our facilities manager to our laborers are all treated with the same dignity and respect. We are told that work is important but it is demonstrated that family and personal matters will always come first. Our mission and values are demonstrated by the leaders each and every day.” “Being here from the early days to now, it is amazing to see how far we have been able to come and how much we have grown, all while maintaining our company core values. A company in the construction industry that operates and treats their employees in this manor is extremely rare and I am so pleased to have found them when I did, and been able to learn and grow here” “This is the first company that I have worked for out of 4 others that I feel I can make a difference. I also enjoy the people that I work with. Seeing the hard work that my managers put in truly makes it feel like we are working as a team. It is also the first place that doesn't feel like a job. Level MB is where I want to retire from.” “I think we have an unbelievable company full of fantastic people who genuinely care about what they do every day, about our clients and about fellow coworkers. I feel that we have an environment where people can share their thoughts and feedback is considered in the decision-making process. We have great leadership.” #BestPlacestoWork

It’s #StateOfTheCompany Day here Gibson! As we prep to spend time together, celebrate the wins, and #PursueGrowth, it reminds me of how important these meetings and leadership updates are for our organizational transparency. With all of our #EmployeeOwned connections, we often take look into how they’re increasing organization and leadership transparency for their Employee-Owners. If this is something your team needs to work on, check out Brock’s post below for some tips on running an effective - and full of dad jokes - #SOTC.
I wrote this blog in January 2020. Four years, and a pandemic later, I’m getting ready for another Gibson State of the Company meeting. This time we have over 170 employees tuning in from offices in #Arizona, #Illinois, #Indiana, #Michigan, and #Utah. https://hubs.li/Q02hHzw_0 It has been exciting to see these meetings evolve with our organization. Some elements have changed, but the essentials are the same – we are paying close attention to the details to make this meeting a great experience for our people, employee recognition is a BIG part of the day, and we always try to have some fun! #ThrowbackThursday #StateOfTheCompany #EOS #WingsUp

Only @ Sterling #sterling#sparkjoy#sterlinghotelsresorts#LIFEATSTERLING#RISEWITHSTERLING#TRULYSTERLIN In essence, appreciating good work is not just a courtesy—it's a strategic tool for fostering a productive, committed, and positive workplace. Appreciation for good work is essential for several reasons: 1. Motivation:It boosts morale and motivates individuals to continue performing well. When people feel valued, they're more likely to go the extra mile. 2. Reinforcement: Positive reinforcement encourages the behaviors and efforts that lead to success. Recognizing good work reinforces the standards and practices you want to see repeated. 3. Engagement: Appreciation fosters a positive work environment and enhances engagement. When people are acknowledged, they feel more connected to their work and the organization. 4. Retention: Employees who feel appreciated are more likely to stay with an organization. It reduces turnover and helps retain top talent. 5. Trust and Loyalty:Regular recognition builds trust and loyalty between employees and leaders. Creating an effective team is critical for achieving success in any project. The process starts with proper planning and selecting the right people with the necessary skills and behaviors. Then, it's important to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each member. Short term project ---> temporarily=momentum Long term project ---> permanent= The team's vision relates to the principles of it Having the right people indeed fosters a friendlier and more conducive environment= happy morale The principles of the club align with its vision since there is flexibility in the decisions to be made. Yes, adaptability is a key trait for success Club Philosophy -> Staff -> Players -> Results Long Term = Safety regarding the structure created by the team is essential for the continuation of success. Player selection should not be based solely on their technical skills but also on their social adaptation. Understanding the philosophy & principles of the team will help in the long term to create a strong institution & build a relationship of trust among the people there. The desired results may not come in a short period of time, which should not concern that club. How to maintain its philosophy, how people will work around it, and how decisions will be made for the long-term future are the most important aspects. #football #recruitment #footballclub
