Fight burnout by living "a lifetime in a day." This tip from The Mental Health Doctor, Dr. Aditi Nerurkar, is the antidote to hustle culture. For all the workaholics out there... No, it doesn’t mean hustling all day to get everything done. 😉 It actually means the opposite: ✅ Let go of the all-or-nothing mindset. ✅ Make space (even just 2-5 minutes) for the things that make up a full life.
