I enjoy a good conversation every now again when I spend time with the team at United Way Ghana Yesterday we took some time out to reflect on how each team member is a reflection of the #corporatebrand. It was interesting to listen to each team member's story of how stakeholders perceive the organization because of the United Way #brandvalues they individually exhibit in their day-to-day dealings. Fundamentally, a corporate brand comes to life not only by its mass communication and identity systems but very importantly through its people and it is evident in our #behaivour #productivity #language #turnout etc etc etc... Living our brands, is to #liveunited #accountability #transparency #sustainability #impact #brandingmatters

It was indeed a great privilege sitting on the same table with a woman full of knowledge, I admire you so much,I learnt a lot and am still learning from you, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all the time
