Just finished a practice run of our session for the ISE Global Future Talent conference next week, presented by Development Beyond Learning (DBL) and Welliba. We'll be sharing global insights from extensive data on the expectations of early talent and how they compare or contrast with employer's. Love this new information from American Opportunity Index, identifying the best places for high school grads to start their careers. These companies excel at hiring entry-level talent, promoting from within, and with giving employees a springboard for advancement in their next roles. Not specifically noted here--many of these companies excel at supporting education for frontline workers, to the kind of economic and career mobility we need.
