Don’t regurgitate their mission statement; instead give examples that highlight your synergies in this arena. Let your personality shine. 2. Skill - You have a hypothesis of the major problems the business is looking to solve. Demonstrate through your work experience that you can and will solve these problems. Bonus points - educate.
