I am delighted to announce new patent issuance US Patent 11807884 entitled "Generation Dependent of Supramolecular Assemblies of Protein-Dendron Conjugates". This work involves herculean synthesis (30-35 steps), challenging purification, and detailed biophysical studies. Kudos to my students Dr.Pavankumar Bhnadari and Dr. M. Mohan Reddy!!! This patent is the latest addition to the portfolio of patents that belong to "Micelle-Assisted Protein Labeling Technology (MAPLabTech). This technology is currently deployed to make Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) with a very high DAR ratio. The efficacy and safety of these ADCs will be tested in collaboration with big pharma in the Greater Boston Area.
