This marks my 11th month with Valoroo. Looking back, I just can’t help smiling realizing how time flies so fast when you are really HAPPY with your job. I’m not the type who actually posts something like this, but I want to share the joy and fulfillment that I feel, and I’d like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for being a part of Valoroo. My heart is shouting with great pride and I am very thankful for the chance to work alongside talented colleagues and inspiring Leaders who sincerely embrace the “People First.” When we have a work-life balance, work becomes an entirely different experience. Passion will move us to a whole new level of fulfillment and gratitude that brings out the best in us. The work takes on a new meaning when we feel that we are pointed in the right direction… otherwise, it’s just a job. Valoroo opens opportunities to showcase an individual's talent and enjoy it. Finding meaningful work is one of the most sought-after goals in life. A lot of professionals dream of landing a job that is enriching in different aspects - socially, spiritually and financially. Just over a month into my journey at Samsara. What have I learned? 1: Joining one of the fastest growing tech companies in the world comes with a steep learning curve. The sales team here is high-performing, and there’s a ton to absorb. 2: When imposter syndrome hits hard, a supportive team is essential. Fortunately, everyone has been willing to help, no matter how trivial my questions seem. 3: Competition doesn’t breed hostility. There’s a strong drive to be the best, but it doesn't negatively affect the morale and camaraderie. 4: Securing a new logo, even a small one (mine was tiny 👀), can really ease the pressure you put on yourself. 5: Patience is key. My mind has been flooded with information, and I need to remind myself that this is a marathon, not a sprint. No need to know everything in the first month. The first month has been an eye-opener. Here’s to the journey ahead! Onwards and upwards!

🍾 Celebrating 3 years at BD. Glad and satisfied I have come this far! 🥳 😊I am glad that I took the first step to come out of my comfort zone 3 years ago to take on this challenging role. It’s been a wonderful journey so far and I definitely learnt a great deal from all my colleagues who supported my career development. 3️⃣ Valuable lessons that I have learnt so far and hope to develop further as a 2024 Lunar New year resolution. 1. Communication 🗣️ 👂 A 2-way process to understand customer’s needs and expectations to then think quickly on how to communicate the resolution ideas. 💡 Hope to build on the experiences to think more effectively and efficiently 2. Leverage 🤝 To put it simply; teamwork. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, I realised that a successful business connection with customers relies on the collective strengths of each individual that can play their role effectively. 💡 Hope to learn how to connect with all the right people in the company to better serve our customers! 3. Customer-centric 📊 In order to attain the clients’ trust and confidence, I learnt that the key is to be in the shoes of the customer to appreciate what are their needs, then serve to resolve them. 💡 Hope to gain more confidence to engage in deeper conversations with customers quickly by asking the right questions

You'll never guess :) For my colleagues: Yes, i have a SteerCo for my project today and document is not finalized yet and yes my second project will be launched in 3 weeks! Doooon't worry! I will finish everything on time! 🤣 Let me continue :-) Today I'm planning to start something important with a group of very interesting people. People I can learn from. People I like. These people have goals: 🚀 I'm currently working remotely for Russia, and I'd like to move to the local Dutch market. 📚 I joined the course to motivate myself to be active on LinkedIn, rethink my positioning, and build a network to find a job in Germany. 🔥 I'd like to become a global head at an international company. 🤓 Move to Germany and find a job there. In the future, I'd like to grow into a Team Lead and beyond. 🚀 I want to return to the corporate world and grow to Chief in an international company. 💡 Develop my own projects through LinkedIn. 💼 Create extra income streams beyond my current ones and realize my projects. But today, she proved that “never give up on people”. The journey from a fairoosa to a fairu was bold, fun, and entertaining to watch. If someone walks into @harisand.co today and asks, I want to use my page as something to relax, laugh, and engage or zomato like, We immediately have a face in our minds.
