Here’s a breakdown: Workday x HiredScore 🌊 An AI-driven talent orchestration company with the objective to improve its talent acquisition capabilities. Coupled with a new partnership with Salesforce, the integration of HiredScore’s technology will allow Workday to offer more sophisticated tools for matching, rediscovering, and coordinating talent. Deel x Hofy 👩🏻💻 A provider of remote work equipment, with a provider of remote workforce. Makes sense, right? It’ll allow Deel to offer a frictionless experience for equipping remote employees. This hugely challenges other industry players like Rippling, which always advocated a platform unifying HR, Finances and IT management. CareerBuilder x Monster Careers 💼 A merger! They started a significant shift in the job board industry. This merger combines their resources and user bases, likely leading to more robust job matching and recruitment tools. For the job boards market, this consolidation means increased competition and potentially greater innovation as other players try to keep up with the incumbents.
