Health Trend Alert via Mito. A digital start to the day. 📈🧬💪🏼 Recognising the lower than usual sleep duration overnight, via my sleep ring, Mito app nudged me this morning about this deviation. It wasn’t an arbitrary cut off value but it triggered the alert basis my own biorhythm. Mito keeps track of my night by night variations and alerts me when it recognises a change from my status quo - like last night. That’s smart!
