😮 Did you know wheat thins are outlawed in Europe? It’s because our American diet sucks and the ingredients that are allowed in our foods (in my opinion, and in the opinion of many others) are all set up on a governmental platform to allow healthy eating to be expensive and those who cannot afford those luxuries, can finance the healthcare industry. Check out these “popular snacks” in this news channel screenshot 😮 - how much of this do you eat? - How much of this do your kids eat? - How much of this does the school system feed your kids? ☝🏼A healthy lifestyle is more than just nutritional planning. It’s a way to structure your life and avoid things that will make you sick, harm you, and could even kill you. 🚫 Nutrition affordability is getting worse and 🎓Education of ingredients is near non-existent 🤷🏻♂️ People are left not knowing how to navigate thru it all. 👉👉 You know I’m big time against breads but not because it’s bread but because of what they do to the grains that also ends up in so many other foods and oils. 🤢 And not get a headache and not get a stomach ache and not get bloated…Just get to enjoy what everyone should be enjoying. #GMOFoods #Bioengineered #CRISPRcrops #NonGMO #GeneticModification #GMOFree #GMODebate #FoodSafety #CleanEating #EcoFriendlyFarming #SustainableAgriculture #RightToKnow #LabelGMOs #AntiGMO #ProGMO #BiotechFoods #FDARegulation #ToxicIngredients #HealthRisks #EnvironmentalImpact #GMOControversy #foodTransparency

The Bigger Picture of Nutrition 🌱 It's easy to think of nutrition as simply the vitamins and minerals in our food. But true nutrition is about so much more. It's about how the food we eat is grown, where and when we buy it, and how it's prepared. These factors significantly influence the nutrition that ends up in our bodies. Consider this: A tomato grown in nutrient-rich soil, harvested at peak ripeness, and prepared with care offers more nutritional value than a tomato that's been over-farmed, picked too early, and processed excessively. When we pay attention to how our food is grown, we support sustainable farming practices that nourish the earth and produce healthier, more nutritious foods. Buying local and seasonal produce ensures freshness and supports the local economy, while minimizing the carbon footprint of food transportation. And let’s not forget preparation. Cooking methods like steaming, grilling, or raw preparations often preserve more nutrients compared to frying or overcooking. So next time you think about nutrition, remember it’s not just about the food on your plate, but the journey it took to get there. Every step from farm to table impacts your health. Let’s make mindful choices that benefit both our bodies and the planet. #HolisticNutrition #FarmToTable #SustainableEating #NutritionJourney #MindfulEating #HealthyChoices #WellnessLifestyle #NourishYourBody #EatLocal #SeasonalEating #HealthyLiving #FoodForThought #WellbeingMatters

Many people have asked me what is the reason behind starting the brand Saaral Foods. As father of Two, it is always juggling between options of selecting food and keeping junk away. Nutrition plays a very important role in shaping up mental development among kids. It is always the war between convenience vs health. Off late convenience has taken the lead and health has taken a backseat. The after effects of this cannot be felt immediately but when you start feeling it it is already time. Making everyone access to clean and healthy food products is the responsibility of everyone in the food chain, right from the farmer to primary processor, manufacturer, retailer. This is the simple reason behind the brand #Saaral a brand with the purpose of delivering Natural Native Nutrition for a healthy tomorrow. #HealthyLiving #NaturalNutrition #CleanEating #HealthyKids #NutritiousFood #MindfulEating #SustainableFood #HealthAndWellness #FoodForThought #HealthyChoices #NativeNutrition #FamilyHealth #WellnessJourney #SaaralFoods #HealthFirst #ConvenienceVsHealth #HealthyTomorrow #NutritionMatters #ResponsibleEating #FoodChainResponsibility #FMCG

Think 'no high-fructose corn syrup' means healthy? Think again! 🚫🌽 Research shows food packaging claims often highlight one positive to distract from other unhealthy aspects, like a snack being a 'good source of calcium' but loaded with sugar. It's a common tactic—misleading, but legal. Always check the nutrition facts for the whole story. According to Harvard University's nutrition experts, scrutinize ingredients for sodium, sugar, and types of fat, no matter what the front claims. Don’t let flashy claims sugarcoat your food choices! #hardhealthquestions #wellness #weeklywellness #vitamins

There are some streamlined pieces of information that we overlook when discussing and attempting to live out a life of good health. So here are some key facts to help promote the understanding of #health and better #Lifestyles 1.) Our diets are restricted to the constraints that we put on our bodies through the satisfaction of our taste buds. Black bean burgers and beef/pork burgers taste the same when coupled with the spices that are truly what satisfy our tasteful desires. 2.) Anti-inflammatory foods are good for reducing the suppressive reproduction of the body's organismic faculties. That means inflammatory foods block the natural expansion of molecules and organisms that naturally multiply within the design of the body. 3.) It's not the meat that you are craving, but the process of digestion that begins with ingesting salts, sugars, sours, and bitters (all of the four elements of the tongue taste; but also make you feel full in the volume of what you define as satisfaction. Ever heard that gluttony kills? 4.) Inflammatory foods (meats/dairy/starch/saturated & trans fats) are second and third-tier nutritional gains. Your tier 1 nutritional needs have already been molecularly ingested by the animal you ate, which is tier 2 ingestion. Tier 3 nutrition is refined, artificial, or modified to chemically suit the substitution of what the body originally was designed to process. 5.) Nutrition becomes Tier 4 when anything that is not Tier 1 nutritional ingestion gets channeled to an unborn fetus. How to change this? Replace what your body demands with a natural and equivalent substitute. The digestive rigors are what your body craves also; in essence of help us know and understand how even with eating, less is more. If I almost had a heart attack eating too much dairy, to find out dairy-free products honestly just taste better. We choose which tier of living we experience by the tier of nutritional ingestion. We truly are what #EAT It's all a battle of the mind. We need more natural agricultural knowledge and practice in America, but also in every part of the world. Induced multiplication is division also, because of the need for more. There is a solution out there, we just have to agree to do it after we understand its importance.
