Recently, I had a conversation about female leadership in Saudi Arabia. The guy said, "Women in Saudi tend to take more responsibility nowadays, and we see more and more women executives in finance." I honestly stuck when I heard this.😳 Wait a second. Is that how men see this diversity topic? The issue of there not being enough female role models in executive positions is simply because they were not ready to take on that responsibility? On the other hand, you can’t give “responsibility” to anyone. One can just proactively take “responsibility”. I would love to discuss this concept with you.

Struggle Post: Calling on Male Leaders to Champion Equality Reflecting on my journey, I can vividly recall the uphill battle of organizing events like the Global Leaders Forum, banking innovation summits, and digital health conferences. It was undoubtedly challenging to secure female speakers for these gatherings. However, today, the narrative has shifted. Today, I see women leading, managing, and standing as strong organisational pillars while balancing countless responsibilities. I’m constantly in awe of those who manage everything, including family commitments. I was going through one of the interesting articles and here are some facts about 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 that I couldn't resist sharing: ➤ UAE had the highest number of women on Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen' last year. ➤ 25,000 Emirati businesswomen run projects worth over AED60 billion and occupy 15% of the positions on the boards of chambers of commerce and industry nationwide. ➤ Women hold 30% of leadership roles in public sector jobs, 42.5% in Diplomacy and 10% as Business owners in the Private sector.
