About two months ago I started a new journey with GO-OUT—a group of tech and live entertainment enthusiasts. We aim to revolutionize ticketing and event management experiences. While there are many pathways to explore, I’ve learned three things in this short time: 1. Event organizers should not work for the platform. The platform should work for them—suggest, optimize, and enhance ticket sales based on automation and data. 2. Event data should be accessible from the palm of your hand. In real-time. 3. Today's ticketing engagements stop at the entrance gate. There's so much more to provide, understand, and optimize during the event. That's the future of ticketing platforms; generating barcodes is the trend of the past..
