3wAmazfit picked up my zepp E Square a month ago that r service as it was malfunctioning just after 1 month of purchase. Since then there is no update. What kind of fraud is this? They are not oicking up the phone Mail team says contact or phone or else they only say we'll get back to you. #amazfitfraud You are head of training right? Please Tell them that they have to keep the customer in loop and return the product or else its called stealing and fraud
