X-ray micro-CT is a critical technique in the evaluation of freeze-dried cake microstructures. But how does resolution effect the measurements made? In collaboration with Maxwell K. from the FDA, we performed a sensitivity analysis on XRCT resolution and its impact on CQA analysis. The poster, to be presented at #pharmsci360, focuses on how different imaging resolutions and field-of-views impact porosity and permeability anakysus. A balance was achieved utilizing a resolution of 2µm/pixel to best optimize the field of view and the detailed microstructural features present in the cake. With the insights offered by XRCT analyis, optimization of lyopholization cycle parameters and primary drying times can be directed through mechanistic understanding of the cake structure. The EOMONTH function in DAX returns the date of the last day of the month before or after a specified number of months from a start date, which is useful for calculating maturity dates or due dates that fall on the last day of the month. On the other hand, ENDOFMONTH is used to return the last date of the month in the current context for a specified column of dates.
