Hi team Complaint Regarding False Delivery Timing, Misleading Help Support, and Poor Customer Service I am raise a complaint regarding the issues I recently faced with your service• Issue Summary: False delivery timing in the application, misleading statements in help support, and unhelpful customer service.
Description of the Problem:
1. The delivery timing mentioned in your app was incorrect and misleading. This caused significant inconvenience.
2. The help support team provided false or unclear statements regarding the issue, further complicating the situation.
3. When I contacted customer support, name is neha , sarfraz , ashna hamdulay instead of offering a resolution, my chats were simply transferred multiple times without any proper assistance or solution. • A clear response and resolution to my complaint without unnecessary chat transfers.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Please address this complaint urgently and inform me of the steps you will take to improve the experience. It happened twice in a week .
