Going on a summer holiday with your electric car? Here are some useful tips and advice to help you on your journey across Ireland this Summer. Tip 1: Be fully charged Be sure to fully charge before you go. Many newer EV models can easily drive more than 300km on a single charge so with a full battery you may not need to charge enroute. Charging your electric car during off-peak hours in advance can also help you save money on your energy bill and reduce demand on the power grid.
