🔒 Today marks a week since National Clean Up Your Computer Day on February 12th! 🖥 Cybersecurity enthusiasts and Professionals, how did you Clean your computer to protect your digital assets? 💡 As we prioritize cybersecurity by decluttering our digital spaces, let's remember that our computers are the gateway to our digital assets. They store sensitive information, facilitate transactions, and connect us to the world. However, without proper maintenance and security measures, they can become vulnerable to cyber threats like malware, phishing attacks, and data breaches. Cybercriminals are getting sneakier by the day! Recently, hackers have been exploiting the trust in the well-known cybersecurity company CrowdStrike by creating fake recovery resources to distribute malware. They’re impersonating CrowdStrike’s recovery tools to trick unsuspecting users into downloading harmful software instead.
