Tips to lead a Successful Customer Workshop (Process & Technical). 1- Be ready with Questionnaire as per ServiceNow module implementation. 2. Make sure to document customer's existing process 3. Important to consider current Matrics. 4. During workshop sessions - identify the current challenges. 5. Determine the "to-be" process as per best practices and consider pain areas of customers. 6. Explore high level requirements, solution approach, Pre-requisites enablement & Functional requirements freeze/sign off by customer. 7. This brings a whole new range of highly configurable widgets with a modern look and feel. #Washington brings even more widgets to package. These widgets has advanced widget instance options that makes it possible to configure them for numerous requirements without the need to customise. Also all components related to taxonomies introduced with the employee center are presented in a customer friendly user experience.
