Hi everybody. My name is Formula and I am the founder of Team Corp, which is a corporate team building company. Want to talk to you today about the reason why you have a company holiday party. Now we all know company holiday party is there to make your place feel that they're appreciated, to say thank you, to make them feel like it's a family, to make them feel like it's a team, maybe to share some of your company values, maybe to show them that this is a warm place to work and they have loyalty and we appreciate that loyalty. You want to show people that there's so many commonalities and similarities that we have with each other. There are so many commonalities that can you can show your employees that they share with other employees to bring them together to break down those barriers. And that's the purpose of your holiday parties.
