We’re excited to invest in our Zipsters! We’ve collaborated with eCornell to deliver a custom learning experience to help our Zipsters grow and develop new skills. Our new Zip Co Engineering Management and Leadership certificate program will give first-time engineering managers essential skills to grow as leaders in the organization. The program includes six core courses and two electives – all designed to build skills in engineering leadership, communications, systems thinking, decision analysis, and innovation and IP management. "We are in a time of rapid technological innovation, intense industry competition, evolving workforce dynamics, increasing security threats, and the transformative power of data. These challenges demand that our engineering managers not only keep pace but lead the charge. Our Engineering Management and Leadership Program is designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate and thrive in this ever-evolving landscape.
