Leverage UTS's Cyber Security, Industry Ready Defenders! Last Friday, nearly 100 students received ThreatDefence certificates for completing the Cyber Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence boot camp at the University of Technology Sydney. This boot camp equipped students with the equivalent of six months of hands-on commercial experience. It's inspiring to witness the emergence of a new generation of cyber defenders from one of Australia's premier technical universities! #cybersecurity

We're here today to graduate about 90 students who've completed the Threat Defense Cybersecurity Boot Camp. It's really appreciate the support from Threat Defence as a strategic partner of UTS and the Cyber Skills Program. You are the future cyber force, so please country. My name's Kyle Alvarez and I'm studying a Bachelor of Cyber Security at UTS. I found the book came to be really enjoyable as provided lots of valuable insights into industry. My favorite murder was one somewhere because I learned a lot and I gain experience and this will help me in my future career in uni. I learned a lot on a on a theory side of cyber security, but being able to practically do the work at at the vault in a secure environment was an amazing experience as it gave me. By valuable insight on what the field was like. Found the course really insightful. A lot more opportunities to look at logging, alert detection and how we properly threat hunt those. It's something I haven't found in other subjects. My plans next I'm currently in Network Security engineer. I'm looking to try and move into the sock. So probably a junior stock analyst or something of that sort.

Last Friday, nearly 100 students received ThreatDefence certificates for completing the Cyber Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence bootcamp at University of Technology Sydney. We extend our gratitude to the #UTSCyberSkillsProgram for their support of this initiative. This marks just the beginning of what lies ahead, as our cyber security simulations and labs become integral components of the cyber security education programs at UTS. It's inspiring to witness the emergence of a new generation of cyber defenders from one of Australia's premier technical universities.
