This report highlights our progress towards our 2030 goals and demonstrates our commitment to caring for a better tomorrow. National OGSE Sustainability Framework Guide (NOS-F Guide) Stakeholder Engagement workshop by Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC) happening right now. Had the opportunity to give the opening speech for the National OGSE Sustainability Framework workshop. We would like to give a big thanks to MOGSC, MOSVA, MOGEC, and MOCA for being our amazing partners. Not to forget, our gratitude to PETRONAS for lending their support to the workshop. Your support from the very beginning of our sustainability journey, from the National OGSE Sustainability Plans (NOSP) to the National OGSE Sustainability Roadmap (NOSR), has been incredible. Thank you all for being here today for the workshop. Your presence means a lot as we work together to shape the future of sustainability in the OGSE sector. So, what makes the NOS-F Guide special? Here are three key points: 1. OGSE Sector Focus: It’s specifically designed for the OGSE sector 2. SMEs and MTCs in Mind: It’s mainly catered for small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-tier companies, with pathways from Basic to Advanced. 3. Easy to Follow: It gives you a clear, step-by-step approach to Sustainability Reporting, based on the best practices and standards, both international and local. Once it’s finalized and launched, here’s what we plan to do with the NOS-F Guide: • Training Programs: We’ll start programs to help OGSE companies get up to speed with Sustainability Reporting by next year. • Exciting Initiatives: We’ve got some cool things in the pipeline, like an Early Adopters Programme and awards for excellence – do stay tuned, this is just a sneak peek of what’s ahead! A huge shoutout to the dedicated team members led by Pn Asmah MN, supported by En Fariz, and Mr. Benny. Your hard work is what makes all this possible. We’re excited to hear your thoughts and suggestions today. Let’s work together to make the NOS-F Guide the go-to resource for the OGSE sector. MGE Named Green Master for 10th Time For the 10th year in a row, MGE has attained the highest level of the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council's (WSBC) Green Masters Program®. The WSBC's statewide sustainability program began as an action manager for sustainability, emphasizing the implementation of specific actions related to identified sustainability topics. It evaluated participating companies on their sustainable actions in nine primary areas. In 2023, the WSBC revamped the Green Masters Program and the requirements for attaining Green Master status. The WSBC now ranks organizations against what are considered best practices in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) pillars. The number of categories went from nine to 15, and they're organized under four specific areas. Environment addresses the impact on the natural environment. Energy management Greenhouse gas management Sustainable transportation Water resource management Biodiversity and ecological impacts Waste management Materials management Product circularity and life cycle management Society recognizes the role of businesses in society, and the expectation that a business will contribute positively to society. Community impacts Customer welfare Workforce addresses the impact on a company's workers and the vital role of the workforce in creating long-term value for a company. Employee health and safety Employee experience Diversity, equity and inclusion Governance and Leadership addresses the role of leaders and decision-makers in integrating sustainability throughout an organization's value chain. Ethical governance and sustainable leadership Supply chain management Achieving Green Master Status To achieve Green Master status, a company must score higher than 75% on average in at least 10 of these categories.

These sustainability metrics (including cost savings) can be reported back to appropriate business units in the company, helping to measure how the company is reducing scope 3 emissions and meeting corporate sustainability goals

Even though the PMI UK Sustainability Summit ended two days ago, I want to bring back the message about including sustainability in all our lives. As project managers, we must develop our initiatives and projects to include sustainability to help save our planet. Also, if you are not a Project Manager, as a citizen, in your daily life, take actions to help promote and increase sustainability, implement the 4Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Recover), Use and support clean energy generation (air, solar, hydroelectric, marine), circular energy, use public transportation more often, promote the construction of green spaces, among others. Ultimately, we are all responsible for our future and our planet. I invite my colleagues to name what other practices we can include as Project managers and citizens to promote sustainability.

We have made it into the Top 50 of the World's most sustainable companies for 2024! ✨ This is a moment of pride and a call of action to further understand what more we can do. It's inspiring to see the goals and achievements of so many big companies across different industries recognizing their impact and power and striving for a sustainable future.
